AN MP accused of travelling between London and Scotland by train after testing positive for Covid has been arrested and charged.
The Scottish nationalist MP, 60, sparked fury after taking a 700-mile round trip between Westminster and Scotland.

She travelled from London to Glasgow on September 29 2020 following a positive test for Covid-19.
But despite facing a blasting from Nicola Sturgeon – who demanded she quit – Ferrier is now an independent MP for Rutherglen and Hamilton West.
In October, Met Police officers said she'd face no further action as self-isolation regulations didn't apply when she was tested on September 26.
However, tonight cops in Scotland have arrested and charged the SNP politician with culpable and reckless conduct.
Police Scotland said: "We can confirm that officers today arrested and charged a 60-year-old woman in connection with alleged culpable and reckless conduct.
"This follows a thorough investigation by Police Scotland into an alleged breach of coronavirus regulations between September 26 and 29 2020.
"A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal and we are unable to comment further."
It's understood she won't be held in custody.
Ferrier took a train journey to London on a Monday – despite taking a test on the Saturday before due to mild symptoms including “a tickly throat”.
She gave a speech to MPs in Parliament before finding out she was positive for the bug on the Monday night.
She then returned to Glasgow by train the following day.
The MP visited several local businesses on the same day she took her test, according to her Twitter feed.
