Before the big reveal though, the campmates had to overcome one last BushTucker trial.
Here's the lowdown on I'm A Celeb's final episode…
Who won I'm A Celebrity?
Harry Redknapp was the public's favourite who voted him king of this year's I'm A Celeb jungle.
He is a former West Ham and Tottenham manager who won the FA Cup with Portsmouth in 2008.
He was born on March 2 1947.
The former midfielder finished his career at the Seattle Sounders as a player-coach making 24 appearances before becoming an assistant at Oxford City for Bobby Moore.
His first major coaching role was at AFC Bournemouth where he was assistant manager to David Webb.
Redknapp also managed clubs including West Ham, Southampton, Tottenham and Birmingham but his most famous period as a manager was whilst he was at Portsmouth for his second spell.
During the 2008-09 season, Redknapp helped Pompey lift the FA Cup.
The run included a quarter-final win over Manchester United and in the final they beat Cardiff 1-0.
Redknapp is the last English manager to win a major English trophy.
What happened in the final episode of I'm A Celebrity?
During the final episode, each of the celebrities had to do one final trial in order to win meals for camp.
Emily was the first to go putting on the infamous Fill Your Face helmet which was filled with critters.
The first critter dump was 1kg of giant mealworms and 2,000 crickets followed by four yabbies and four giant burrowing cockroaches.
Emily was shaking as four minutes in and into her final 60 seconds Dec announced that 15 large spiders were going in. She managed to pull through and returned to camp happy that she’d won three starters, a drink of her choice and a treat.
John was next to be welcomed to the Bush Tucker Trial clearing for the Bush Tucker Bonanza.
Holly told him he was to be presented with ten dishes including beach worms, dead water spider, goats eyes, a fermented duck egg and a bull’s penis.
Having successfully finishing the Bonanza Dec asked Dec told him he’d won the three main courses for camp, a drink and a treat.
Then it was Harry's turn to do an endurance trial, called Danger Down Under. For this challenge he had to strap himself in under an underground chamber close the top and stay in the chamber for 5 minutes to win 5 stars.
The door closed and the klaxon sounded. Soon enough, cockroaches, crickets and mealworms joined Harry hotly followed by rats. Harry had his eyes closed and it was dark so didn’t realise he’d been joined by rats.
After he successfully passed the challenge the team met for their final supper together.
Then, the moment of the big reveal – Harry Redknapp gathered the most voted and was crowned King of the Jungle for I'm A Celebrity 2018.
