THE Grand Party Hotel on BBC One delves into a world of luxury beyond most people's imagination.
The deluxe Liverpool hotel features 30 person guest suite, with in-room private bars, nightclubs and pools.
Where is The Shankly Hotel from The Grand Party Hotel?
The 130 room hotel is located on Liverpool's Victoria street.
The hotel, which was originally designed to celebrate the life and times of former Liverpool FC manager Bill Shankly, has become a tourist attraction in its own right.
The hotel prides itself on its "party rooms" – communal rooms which can sleep up to 24 guests in multiple beds.
The hotel's deluxe decor in these apartments is what sets it apart from a regular Liverpool hotel. The rooms are adorned with animal figurines, secret doorways and ceiling frescos.
Co-owener Laurence says: "I've created something totally outside the box. Guests are walking into something that is absolutely vivacious, big, loud, proud,
"Guests post pictures of themselves on social media, saying, 'Look at me. You're at home watching Coronation street and I'm sat in this double whirlpool bath.' It's not like I have to advertise".
How much does it cost to stay at The Shankly Hotel?
A stay at one of The Shankly's most opulent rooms – Morgan’s Vault – costs £1000 for a night's stay.
This may seem pricey, but the nautically themed cabin style accommodation sleeps 30 guests, and features a 40-foot pool and private bar.
For 30 people staying, that works out at just over £30 pppn.
The room can turn into a private nightclub in the evening.
The Shankly also offers themed party hotel suites which are available for £500, and sleep 6 people.
Who are some of The Shankly Hotel's famous guests?
Celebrities who’ve booked rooms at the Shankly include Lana del Rey, Kerry Katona and even Hollywood star Tom Hardy.
Tom Hardy visited a fan who was celebrating his birthday with friends and family in the hotel's Laurent Perrier suite and Tom stopped by to say hello.
The hotel has also housed TOWIE’s Megan McKenna, Joey Essex, reality star Charlotte Dawson and Strictly Come Dancing’s Karen Clifton.
