When does Bex leave EastEnders and does she die?

Bex Fowler (Jasmine Armfield) will find herself tempted to take drugs from Dotty Cotton (Milly Zero), which could lead to her downfall in Tuesday night’s EastEnders.

The character has an addictive personality and has recently found herself hooked on pills, which she initially started taking as a study aid.

Finding herself unable to cope, she had an emotional breakdown, resulting in a suicide attempt.

Since then she’s been determined to live her life as a teenager but ended up falling in with the wrong company – namely, Dotty.

While actress Jasmine is already confirmed to leave EastEnders, the details around Bex’s departure have been unclear.

Will she be one of the tragedies of the ill-fated boat party on the Thames?

When does Bex leave EastEnders and does she die?

Tonight’s episode will see Bex witness a horrendous Islamaphobic attack on Bobby Beale (Clay Milner Russell) which will leave him fighting for his life.

She is stunned to find out that Dotty is aware of Dennis Rickman (Bleu Landau) being behind it all and wastes no time in telling Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth).

Bex is not in the best frame of mind, and it’s not long before the consequences of her actions creep up on her as she finds herself under the influence of drugs and on a sinking boat.

Will she make it out alive?

It’s not clear when Bex will leave EastEnders although Jasmine reportedly filmed her final scenes in January – which coincides with the filming of the boat party scenes.

All will be revealed in the coming days…

EastEnders continues on Tuesday 18 March at 7:30pm on BBC One.
