The 37-year-old stepped outside of the I'm A Celebrity wrap party in Oz and quickly revealed her boozy tipple, much to the delight of her pals back home and the viewers.
She first began boozing with a glass of bubbly to celebrate Harry Redknapp's victory 12 hours before her telly interview, and the party looked to be well and truly in full swing.
Phil joked Holly would "be on her knees" if they ended the interview much later, while the I'm A Celeb host revealed it was the first time she'd been awake at night during her stint down under.
Viewers loved the fun interview, writing on Twitter: "Absolutely loving @hollywills interview on @thismorning ??????@imacelebrity.
"Holly Willoughby’s tipsy video call to This Morning standing outside the I’m a Celebrity wrap party with a Jungle Is Massive hair clip in her hair and a glass of margarita ?.
"@hollywills @Schofe @thismorning drunk holly is the best I'll take a glass of what ever she is having.
"@hollywills looks half cut on @thismorning love it ? #thismorning."
The telly star has been going to bed at 5.30pm and waking up shortly after to 2am while working alongside Declan Donnelly.
Rosy cheeked and with a large 'jungle is massive' clip in her hair, Holly kept showing off her drink to camera.
Phil reminded her she needed to be back for next week's Dancing On Ice launch event and Holly seemed excited to see her pal before Christmas.
While she'll be back working in the UK next week, Holly won't be returning to This Morning until 2019.
For the past few weeks, the mum-of-three has been filling in for Ant McPartlin and presenting from the jungle with Dec.
But while the grand final was last night, Holly won't be heading back to her day job anytime soon.
Phil confirmed that she was taking a break, with their first full time job together Dancing On Ice in January.
He wrote on social media: "Nope, she can’t get back in time, the first time we’re on telly together is @dancingonice in the new year."
It comes as Holly said her I’m A Celebrity stint had been “magical” as she sat down for her final interview with Dec.
She thanked her co-stars for helping making her experience of being Down Under so special after crowning Harry Redknapp King of the jungle.
She joined the show this year after Ant McPartlin took an extended break from the spotlight.
The star became an instant hit with fans, with many begging her to return next year.
However, it's believed this will be the final time Holly presents the show, as Ant is expected to return next year.
After the show ended, Holly opened up about how she’d found her experience of the show.
She explained: “It’s been everything and more!
“I’m so glad I had this experience without having to eat anything.
“There is nothing like this place. It is so magical.”
Viewers at home praised her “hilarious” chemistry with Dec, with one tweeting: “Holly has done a stellar job alongside Dec!”
Another commented: “Well that's it for another year but I've enjoyed watching @hollywills with @antanddec Dec she has been amazing and she is such a lovely woman. You have been incredible Holly!”
