Terrified Netflix viewers ‘can’t sleep’ after watching creepy murder movie The Clovehitch Killer | The Sun

NETFLIX viewers have been left terrified and unable to sleep after watching the creepy new murder movie The Clovehitch Killer.

The 2018 film was recently released onto the streaming site, and has been keeping horror fans awake ever since.

The Clovehitch Killer sees a picture-perfect family torn apart after a series of disturbing images are found in the father's belongings.

The son begins to suspect his dad could be behind the murders of 13 teenage girls ten years ago, and begins to investigate.

The film, which sees Dylan McDermott play lead role Don, and Charlie Plummer as his son Tyler, is based on the true-crime story of serial killer Dennis Lynn Rader.

The creepy film has left viewers at home terrified, and taking to Twitter to admit they "can't sleep".

"I just watched this movie, The Clovehitch Killer, and I want to know what happened to the woman! Somebody tell me or I won't be able to sleep," one viewer penned.

Another chimed in: "Rewatching the Clovehitch Killer has genuinely disturbed me," as a third said: "This was CHILLING."

"Makes me afraid, takes creepy to a different confusing level," a fourth said, while a fifth added: "That movie was crazy."

It comes after horror movie fans were left "sick with fear" and watching with "a pillow over my eyes" after another gripping movie hit the streaming service.
