Second I’m A Celeb star to leave the jungle revealed – and fans are fuming

Malique Thompson-Dwyer has become the second star to leave I’m A Celebrity.

The 20-year-old Hollyoaks star paid the price for not getting much airtime or doing many trials.

As he left, the soap star hugged his fellow contestants and said: “I can’t wait to eat. Guys it’s been magic”

Malique downed a glass of champagne and then spoke to Dec and Holly on his friendship with Harry Redknapp. He said: “Harry is a joker, he is a such a geezer and he has a lot of banter about him. The stories that he has are great.”

After a long time on a diet of rice and beans, he then added: “I am glad to be out, I am absolutely starving.

“Everyone has been nice to me, it has been a decent time in there.

“Being in the jungle is the hardest thing I have ever done, I am normally laid back and so chilled.”

He also said that the experience would make him change and be better in terms of housework.

He said: “I have sorted myself out in there. I feel like around my own house I am going to be doing a lot more cleaning.”

Despite this, some viewers were fuming that Malique had been booted out of the jungle while John Barrowman had been made exempt from the vote off.

The actor had been rushed to hospital after twisting his ankle.

One tweeted: "WHAT THE F*** #IMACELEB."

While another commented: "How has malique left when Sair just smiles weird and doesnt say anything and Anne is lazy af and gives up on everything. So unfair #ImACeleb."

A third remarked: "I think it’s unfair if John does rejoin the camp cause if he’s in hospital he’ll be getting proper food and the other camp mates haven’t been eating properly. Bit of an unfair advantage #imacelebrity2018 #imacelebritygetmeoutofhere #imaceleb."

"Surely if John’s out of camp he should just be out… Skipping one round of elimination is surely an unfair advantage #ImACeleb," another wrote.

This comes after Noel Edmonds’ shock exit from the show on Friday.

And the legendary presenter, 69, admitted that he himself had a "very difficult 24 hours"… but maybe not for the reason you might expect.

Appearing on I’m A Celeb’s spin-off show Extra Camp, he said: "I’ve had a very difficult 24 hours because I miss Harry, I really miss Harry… Harry and I did strike up quite a friendship."
