Love Island’s Jessie ‘putting on a show’ as fans slam ‘lack of sexual chemistry’

Love Island contestant Jessie Wynter is reportedly showing "no enthusiasm" towards Will Young after fans have slammed their lack of sexual chemistry.

After analysing the couple during the Space Launch challenge, body language expert Inbaal Honigman revealed that Jessie "shows no particular enthusiasm about getting closer to Will."

"As they kiss, then gyrate together, Will gets as close as he can to Jessie, he holds her tightly to him, rubs her body and gets entirely lost in a passionate kiss. This clearly reflects how thrilled and excited Will is to be in that position," she stated.

"Interestingly, Jessie actually keeps their bodies separate as she straddles him – she's on top, in charge of their embrace, and she's keeping their tummies separate from one another."

"This shows that she's not trying to be as close to him as she can, but she tries to put on a good, photogenic show," Inbaal deduced.

She added: "Later, when they talk to camera about it, Will's enthusiasm is clear to see, he's looking up to the heavens as he's recalling the kiss, scrunches his eyes shut as if he's struggling to process how lucky he is and in comparison, when Jessie chats about their smooch, she's reserved, not very expressive, with a fixed grin on her face."

"She shows no particular enthusiasm about getting closer to Will," Inbaal concluded.

Since being dumped from the villa, former contestant Anna-May Robey has said she thinks Jessie is "playing a game" after going for Will, who'd had little luck with the girls before her arrival.

"I feel like she came in Will was the only single boy and she didn't really give any of the other boys a chance," she explained before Reality podcast host Will Njobvu asked: "Do you think she knew will was a safe option?"

"Yeah," Anna-May responded. "I think she's watched [the show] before coming in and seen that Will is very very liked."

Taking to Reddit, one viewer echoed Anna-May's thoughts, writing: "I’m still not convinced about him and Jessie’s relationship. I’m hoping that she does really like him and that they do stay loyal to each other but I’m not sure she actually likes him. "

They added: "I’m still missing that sexual tension/chemistry between them."

A second added: "I even think Tanyel and Ron as friends have more sexual chemistry than Will and Jessie."
