Love Island fans all have the same complaint as show flies in Australian bombshell | The Sun

LOVE Island fans have all made the same complaint after rumours circulated about two Australian bombshells.

Viewers of the popular ITV2 dating show were left scratching their heads about the long distance potential couples would have to deal with after the show.

Love Island's new winter series kicked off earlier this week – with already three new bombshells thrown into the mix.

But now, rumours have been spreading that two more are set to join the cast and shake-up the villa, all the way from Oz.

The Sun exclusively detailed that two Love Island stars from outside the UK would be jetting to South Africa.

A Reddit thread continued to detail that the stars could be coming all the way from Australia for the series.

"Two secret Love Island stars from AUSTRALIA will reportedly be entering the UK villa in South Africa this weekend as brand-new bombshells," the post to the Love Island UK thread read.

However, instead of meeting the news with excitement, fans were instead confused about "what the point" is.

"What's the point," one furious fan hit out. "How are you going to find a genuine relationship if one will go back to Australia when the show's done and the other back to the UK."

A second agreed: "It's not a short distance either…" while a third said: "This is dumb, half the Islanders post show already can't make long distance work across the UK."

Love Island explodes as huge fight breaks out between two Islanders

"Pointless unless they live in the UK," a fourth said, while a fifth added: "Because nothing spells success for a new relationship like living a 22-hour flight away."

A sixth concluded: "Can we stop mixing Love Island's and trying to get the exes back on?!"

It comes after it was revealed that Love Island is set to be blown apart this weekend when two legendary former Islanders arrive to cause mayhem.

An ITV source said: “The two new international recruits are essentially professional bombshells and won’t just shake up the villa – they’ll blow it apart.

“Both of them bed-hopped, bonked and had blistering rows on their seasons of Love Island. Neither has a shred of British restraint about them.

“They’re going to create explosive telly, just like they did the first time round. They are exactly what this series needs to cause some serious drama.”

There are 25 different versions of Love Island around the world.

For now ITV is remaining coy about where their secret weapons are from, but only the Australian and American versions of the show are streamed on ITVX.

Last year ITV made waves when they welcomed 2018 bad boy Adam Collard back into the villa in a dramatic return.

The move that was criticised by Women’s Aid after his debut was shrouded in controversy over the way he treated the girls.

But Australian fans were arguably treated to the most crazy twist yet, when season three winners Mitch Hibberd and Tina Provis separately returned to season four as warring exes.
