Loose Women presenter Kaye Adams exposed Ruth Langsford’s Strictly Come Dancing tip for her intimate area after the TV star found herself getting “sweaty down there” while training.

Last week (August 5), the journalist was announced as the fourth contestant to join the beloved BBC One dance competition alongside the likes of Fleur East and Martin Fowler.

And after nine presenters on the daytime show have appeared on the hugely popular dance competition over the years, the star was flooded with advice from her fellow co-stars in the lead up to the 20th series later this year.

During Friday’s visit to the ITV studios, the blonde beauty shared some of the helpful tips she has received from her close friends and family ahead of her upcoming journey on the reality show.

When Katie Piper congratulated her on the exciting news, she couldn't help but ask about the swarm of advice from former contestants on the show.

Kaye admitted: "I had a long chat with Ruth on Sunday on the phone as I was out walking the dog and she was brilliant, she really was.

"But she did make me laugh, she said, 'Now, you will get very sweaty down there when you're training, very sweaty.

"'So what I had was a little ladies' bag with a couple of pantyliners. Just a few tips to keep you going'.

"So I've got a little lady bag all prepared so that I'm not too hot."
