Katie Price pays powerful tribute to son Harvey as he turns 19 saying 'he has kept me going – he's my world'

KATIE Price has paid tribute to her 19-year-old son Harvey on his birthday, saying "he has kept me going – he's my world".

The 43-year-old mum shared a video montage of special snaps of the teenager, who has disabilities.

"Happy Birthday to my absolute world Harvey on his 19th birthday," Katie captioned the post.

"No matter what situation I’ve been in he has been there for me and kept me going.

"We are a team I love you so much Harvey."

Katie recently starred in a BBC documentary about raising Harvey, and moved viewers to tears with their special bond.

The teen has Septic Optic Dysplasia meaning he has complex hormone dysfunctions in the brain and is also partially blind and on the autistic spectrum.

The star gushed over her "unbreakable bond" with her eldest child, saying: "Together we have built our private world, a bond between mother and son which goes deeper than most – we are unbreakable."⁣⁣

Katie opened up about 29st Harvey's weight gain last year.

His obsession with food is linked to his disabilities — which make him always feels hungry.

She has been forced to padlock the family fridge to stop him stealing frozen pizzas out of the freezer and eating them raw, and also has to lock the kitchen cupboards.

Doctors have warned that the battle to keep Harvey alive is "critical" — as he could drop dead from a heart attack if he doesn't lose weight urgently.

Katie has transformed a room in her fiance Carl Woods' house into a gym for Harvey to exercise.

The teen also suffers from behavioural problems and his mum said last year: "I've had to re-plaster my walls."

She explained Harvey breaks holes in the wall with his head and'smashes things' if she stops him from eating.

Katie added: "It’s a cruel and horrible illness where he feels hungry all the time — and if he doesn’t get food he gets angry. It’s hard work."
