I’m A Celeb’s Hollie Arnold lost almost a stone on basic castle rations

Eliminated I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmate Hollie Arnold has revealed she lost almost a stone during her two weeks in the North Wales castle.

The athlete became the first campmate to be eliminated from the ITV reality show on Friday night after the public vote opened up.

And despite being sad about leaving the show, the 26-year-old has been left "really happy" about the weight loss that came along with it.

Speaking to host Vick Hope on I'm A Celebrity… The Daily Drop, Hollie said: "I've currently lost nearly a stone so I'm actually really happy."

The celebrities are forced to live on a diet of rice and beans, though they win more exciting ingredients – such as octopus, eel and mutton – with the stars from Bushtucker Trials.

However the weight loss wasn't all a positive, as Hollie added: "I also kind of feel bad as I feel like I've lost a bit of muscle mass, too."

The Paralympian was sent home on Friday night, before West End superstar Ruthie Henshall was eliminated on Sunday.

Hollie said: "I miss being there. I woke up this morning and still thought I was actually there. Two weeks is a long time but I still wish I was there."

She has now been readjusting to real life, moving into a plush hotel complete with delicious food and hot running water.

The reality starlet said the first thing she did when she got to the hotel was take her hat off.

She went on: "There was the lovely food and they'd written 'welcome Hollie'.

"I saw chips and crisps and went straight for that. Food, flavour, salt!

"After that much chips [mimes a small amount] I was like, 'I feel sick.'

"There was fruit, chocolate and crisps and everything and I was like, 'Why can't I finish this?' My stomach has shrunk so much.

"The best way they've told us is to eat slowly and gradually throughout the day.

"But I can't wait to have fish and chips from Grimsby, and curry sauce and scraps and maybe a bettered sausage on the side."
