HE won the heart of the nation when he appeared on Britain’s Got Talent at just eight years old.
And even though Charlie Dixon and his best pal Krista Hyatt didn’t win with their cute dance act Cheeky Monkeys, he has gone on find his own success.
Now 23, Charlie is a successful model, influencer and performer who has travelled the globe, partied with celebrities and made thousands of pounds.
Speaking to The Sun about his time on the show, Charlie said: “I have such amazing memories, sometimes it’s crazy to look back at it because it’s wild. The whole country was rooting for us.
“I spent a lot of time with Simon Cowell, I love him. It is funny looking back because I remember he said he wanted to adopt me because he thought I was so cute.
“My mum and I got along with Stephen Mulhern very well and my mum cut his hair twice. It was brilliant.

“BGT just opened so many doors for me.”
After they appeared on BGT, the pair went to New York to appear on Maury Povich's World's Most Talent Kids on NBC and they starred in the hit film Nativity together.
“I developed a great relationship with Martin Freeman, Pam Ferris and Jason Watkins. We all got on so well,” Charlie said of the time.
He then made the decision to concentrate on his education and headed to boarding school at the age of 11, which he found with his earnings off the back of BGT .
“It was an investment in myself," he says.
The move meant his friendship with Krista became a long distance one, but the pair still stay in touch now, with Charlie saying: “I have got so much love for her.”

Charlie went on to train in musical theatre and is now an successful influencer, who regularly travels the world.
He spent time living in LA for two years where he partied alongside Paris Hilton, became pals with Adam Lambert.
“When I lived in LA, I used to go clubbing with Paris Hilton and I am good friends with Adam Lambert,” Charlie said.
“I met Owen Wilson at Burning Man, we had a really nice conversation. I felt like it was good time to come back to my roots, but I would be so open to going back there.”
Now, Charlie has his sights set on singing and is keen to prove to Simon Cowell he really is a triple threat.

He shared. “The end goal is to be in film and singing. I would love for Simon to hear my voice because that was a dance act back then and I can sing as well.
“Doing Britain’s Got Talent again is definitely an option. It would be quite cool – a real full circle.”
