Gemma Collins reveals epic workout routine with deadlifts and squats as she exercises in Marbella

GEMMA Collins has revealed her epic workout routine of deadlifts and squats as she exercises in Marbella.

The Towie star has jetted to the Spanish resort with pals after the lockdown travel restrictions were lifted.

However, the gang aren't just lazing around by the pool, with Gemma revealing they are doing some intense workouts with their fitness trainer on the trip.

Taking to her Instagram, Gemma, 39, shared a boomerang of her lifting a barbell while wearing a bright pink exercise outfit to show off her slimmed down frame.

Smiling as she went, she captioned the shot: "SUNDAY BURN #getfitwithme".

The GC then took to her Instagram Stories to show fans her accommodation and then explain what she was doing in her workout.


Wearing a pair of square statement sunglasses, she said: "It's not all fun in the sun guys, we are exercising today.

"We've just done dead lifts, squats, press ups, lunges and we're now off for a run."

Gemma revealed they would be doing three miles in the blazing hot sunshine as she filmed her friend using the bellbar and said: "I keep doing it all wrong but I'm trying!"

She then shared a clip of her running on the spot while Eye of the Tiger played and wrote 'happy, healthy and alive' across her body.

Gemma recently revealed to The Sun Online, one of the main reasons she has lost three stone is so she could become a mum by the time she turned 40.

Over the past year she has had regular consultations with her doctor about the prospect of getting pregnant, having suffered a number of miscarriages in her thirties.

Gemma has  been reassured she can have children but losing weight will increase her chances of conceiving and having a healthier pregnancy.
