Emmerdale’s Meena finally found guilty as she drops final victim bombshell

Emmerdale fans were left in shock on Thursday's explosive hour-long episode as Meena Jutla was finally found guilty as she dropped one final victim bombshell.

During the latest instalment, Meena was left furious to discover that the jury had found her guilty for the murders of Ben Tucker, Andrea Tate and Leanna Cavanagh.

Meanwhile Carol Butler, whose sister Nadine was murdered by Meena years ago, sought justice for her sibling as she decided to get revenge.

Prior to the verdict, Carol had smashed a mirror in the toilets and kept a shard up her sleeve where she stabbed Meena following the jury's guilty charge.

As Meena lay lifeless on the floor, prison guard Ian, who Meena had been flirting with, called an ambulance while the court's judge asked for a doctor as Manpreet Sharma attempted to save her sister.

However, it was soon revealed that it was a plan as Meena then suddenly grabbed the shard of mirror and held Manpreet hostage in the court room.

Enjoying having power and control, Meena told everyone to stay still and warned: "This is my court room now and there's a new judge in charge…"

As the court room pleaded with her to stop, Meena pointed out that she was already looking at a life sentence anyway, she added: "I'm going to write my life story and this chapter will sell the film rights."

Meena then revealed that her evil behaviour was nothing to do with money but instead a way of her going down in history as she confessed and explained why she murdered her victims.

In yet another cruel twist, Meena demanded that Liam Cavanagh, whose daughter Leanna was murdered by the evil nurse, go on the stand as she cross-examined him while filming it on her phone for his wife Leyla.

As things got too much, Manpreet declared: "I wish you'd never been born!" as the duo looked set to fight just as the police stormed the court room.

Realising she was going to be shot or caught, Meena decided to take hostage Manpreet down the side of the court room as she attempted to escape.

As they entered a courtyard, they had just one more door to go through when Meena realised that Ian, who she had asked to create an escape route, had let her down as he failed to open the last door.

Frustrated, Meena declared: "No, oh Ian! You had one job, I asked him to make sure both doors were unlocked. Why do all men in my life let me down?!"

The evil nurse then panicked as she attempted to reenter the court room but realised that the door had locked itself after going through it as she looked for another plan.

Manpreet enjoyed seeing her sister suffer as she pointed out: "Oh dear, looks like your luck might have finally run out…"

Meena then attempted to stab her sister before Manpreet was able to grab the shard of glass and hold her own sibling hostage.

Wanting to hurt her sister even more, Meena dropped one final victim bombshell as she revealed that she had killed their father by injecting extra morphine into his drip while he was in hospital.

Manpreet was left devastated as she said: "You killed him so I couldn't be there at the end?" to which she then pinned her sister against the wall.

After contemplating whether to kill her sister while the police then stormed the courtyard asking for the weapon to be dropped, Manpreet declared: "No, I am nothing like you!"

The police officers then caught Meena as they dragged her back into the courtroom and she screamed: "No, this is not how it ends!"
