Emmerdale star Louise Jameson has warned viewers to expect "blood" as she opened up about her scam-fuelled storyline.
The soap star sat down with Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary on This Morning and teased fans about upcoming scenes.
Louise's character Mary came out as gay last year and fell head over heels for newcomer Faye (Jane Gurnett).

But it turns out Faye is not who she seems and is scamming Mary.
Alison asked the actress: "Mary's got herself into a pickle, is it going to get worse?"
Louise replied: "I think so. It's going to get very much worse. Blood and everything."
Dermot added: " Emmerdale always delivers."
Louise also touched on how important it is for her to act out serious topics.
"Soap is the safe place to debate dangerous issues," she added. "I think it is a really important storyline."
Speaking about her love for her character, Louise said: "There's not much censorship between her brain and her mouth. Which is always interesting to play.
"But because she's only just come out there's a bit of her which is 14 years old so she's making all of those teenage mistakes."
And Louise is all too familiar with her storyline as she revealed that she was targeted by scammers when she turned 70, reports The Mirror.
“I will get an email, phone call or text at least once a week trying to tempt me into some scam,” she said.
“They could well be algorithms but there are ones that will say things like ‘I’ve got loads of money, can you give me your bank details so I can put it in there.
“Then there are others like ‘Can you move all your money into this account so we can save your current account’."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV
