CHLOE Madeley has hit out at cruel mum-shamers after giving birth to her daughter Bodhi, saying "I won't take the high ground and stay quiet".
The personal trainer, who is the daughter of famous TV hosts Richard and Judy, said she finds it "difficult" when she is scrutinised for every move she makes.
Chloe – who welcomed her adorable baby girl last August with ex-Rugby ace James Haskell – admitted it's important to "stick up for yourself" and set an example.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Chloe said: "I think we all deal with it differently, sometimes I respond.
"I’m not a big believer that you should take the high ground and stay quiet.
"I think it’s important to set an example to other people who are reading my stuff or watching my stuff, that it’s okay to stick up for yourself and it doesn’t make you a weak person, sometimes it makes you a strong, capable and self-aware person.

"I don’t have any issues sticking up for myself sometimes, a lot of the time I ignore it.
"I think we all mother differently, when Bodhi as a newborn, I was so hyper-focused on what I had to do when – ‘what milestone was coming in a weeks time… was she going to go through another leap…what do I have to do to get her to say mumma and dada’.
"It’s so funny because as she’s got older and she’s only 11 months, I’ve got more and more laissez-faire about it and as a result I think Bodhi has become more relaxed and happy and I’ve become more relaxed and happy and my husband has become more relaxed and happy.
"I’ve become very, unless she’s around a swimming pool or a plug socket, where I’m a psychopath, I’m very much ‘it’s okay, I’ll be led by her’.

The new mum – who merely dabbled with the limelight, until now – said she had her reservations about sharing her life with the public but said her famous parents have been supportive and leaped at the chance to feature on the upcoming four-part series.
The personal trainer said she is worried that being on a reality show may open her up to scrutiny and mum-shaming, but she admitted that she will always defend herself when necessary.
"I’m not on Twitter because I have no interest in reading what anyone has to say on that website," she told us.
But I do definitely think, when we started filming Bodhi was only six or seven months old and I didn’t need to strap her into her high chair because she couldn’t pull herself out of it.
"You do realise that people might watch this and be like ‘why isn’t she strapping her in?’ Things like that play on your mind and you think ‘oh god, are people going to pick up on that? Are people going to criticise that?’"
