UNLUCKY in matters of the heart, Charity Dingle gets another shot at romance next week.
The Woolpack landlady played by Emma Atkins makes a shock move on another Emmerdale resident next week.
Charity's marriage to Mackenzie Boyd ended in tears when she found out he was the father of Chloe Harris' baby, Reuben.
While Mack was keen to fix their relationship, Charity refused to give him another chance and initially humiliated him by selling off his clothes.
She followed up by demanding a divorce and Mackenzie decided to give Chloe a chance.
But after a shocking twist, Charity decides she must have nothing to do with Mackenzie and, in scenes airing next week on ITV, she 's well aware she has to stick to her plan.

The following day, Gail Loman (Rachael Gill-Davis) dares Charity to proposition the next person who enters the Woolpack, in an attempt to help her move on from her ill-fated romance with Mackenzie.
Her eyes soon alight on a slightly terrified villager – Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson).
Charity and Liam agree to go on a date at the Hide and when he shows up, the village GP starts to become slightly intoxicated by her overt charm.
But will she find him equally as enthralling?

Liam has had his own share of heartache after splitting from his former wife Leyla Harding.
He became infatuated with nurse Wendy Posner with whom he collaborated on a short story.
The pair embarked on a steamy affair but Wendy was consumed by guilt due to her betrayal of her partner Bob Hope.
They were eventually found out by both Victoria Sugden and Bernice Blackstock.
While the former agreed to keep their illicit romance a secret, the fiery redhead thought it was best to tell Bob all about it.

The B&B owner was fuming when he first found out about the affair and even made himself ill over it when he believed Wendy had decided to continue seeing Liam behind his back.
As viewers know, however, this wasn't the case and Wendy even handed in her notice to avoid Liam at all costs and fix her relationship with Bob.
Both Liam and Charity are free agents but could they become the next big couple in the village?
