BRITNEY Spears was pictured looking dazed behind the wheel just two weeks after being released from rehab amid her mental health battle.
The troubled superstar was spotted driving through a Starbucks car park with her head ducked down on Wednesday.
Footage shows how she then bizarrely switched places with her bodyguard, so that it appeared he was in the driving seat.
The sighting came after fans feared she had been "held against her will" in a mental health facility while suffering from “severe emotional distress”.
Her boyfriend Sam Asghari picked her up from rehab at the end of last month following her 30-day treatment.
The troubled superstar checked herself in after struggling to cope with her father Jamie's illness.
Although Britney has left the medical facility, doctors are reportedly still struggling to find the right combination of medication to keep her stable.
One week before these pictures of Britney were taken, she was photographed chatting on her phone while driving around LA.
TMZ claim Britney is still in need of "intensive therapy" to help tackle fundamental issues relating to judgement and perspective.
But fans are convinced there is more to the story and have since launched the #FreeBritney campaign.
Last week, the Slave 4 U hitmaker broke her silence to reassure fans that "all is well" following speculation about her health.
She also finally addressed the fan theories that she was being held against her will.
In an emotional video posted on Instagram, the singer thanked fans but said that rumours had "got out of control".
She said: "All is well. My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately, so I just needed time to deal.
"But don’t worry, I’ll be back very soon.”
Britney also accused her ex-manager, Sam Lutfi, of sending fake emails pretending to be her.
“I did not write them,” Britney added.
“He was pretending to be me and communicating with my team with a fake email address."
Britney has since filed a restraining order against her former manager, accusing Lutfi of repeatedly texting her mum, Lynne.
