In an exclusive joint interview with The Sun Online, the two finalists spoke about the clash that left 22-year-old Camilla "upset" with her competition.
Speaking about the moment that her upbringing was brought into question, Camilla Ainsworth hit back at Sian: "I know for a fact that you know that's not the truth. I know that I've come from a really humble background… My mum was quite absent so you know for that to be thrown out there did touch a nerve a little bit."
But viewers will be pleased to know there's no love lost between the finalists, who claim it was all down to "business" – with Camilla explaining: "As soon as I left the boardroom I was fine, we had a cuddle and congratulated each other, so it's all good."
Sian Gabbidon, 25, was quick to defend her comments, telling us: "As much as I'm not a nasty person, you have to fight for yourself and fight for what you believe in and that's just what I had to do."
Lord Alan Sugar will crown either Sian or Camilla the victorious contestant on this year's series of The Apprentice – with the lucky winner also receiving an investment of £250,000 into their proposed business plan.
Sian is hoping to get the funding for her swimwear company while Camilla is dedicated to producing nut based milk products.
