Alfie set to expose Phil's sex secret at wedding to Kat in EastEnders

Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) has made a huge mistake in EastEnders by sleeping with Emma Harding (Patsy Kensit) ahead of his wedding to Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace).

While he is determined to keep the secret under wraps, he is being threatened with exposure from all corners, and soon there will be another person determined to reveal the truth.

So far, the only people who know about Phil and Emma’s night of passion are Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) and Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters).

As soon as Emma revealed the sordid secret to him, Keanu realised that it was the perfect blackmail material, and decided to use it to convince Phil to get Lisa Fowler (Lucy Benjamin) to drop her injunction against him.

In upcoming scenes, Keanu will be stopped from revealing all to Kat during her hen party by a watchful Sharon, but that doesn’t mean that he will keep the secret to himself.

Having consumed a lot of alcohol, loose lipped Keanu is soon spilling Phil’s big secret to none other than Alfie Moon (Shane Richie).

Phil and Alfie – or Philfie, as Kat likes to say – have been getting along much better these days, though that may be set to change as Alfie battles with keeping Phil’s secret.

Having made his peace with Kat, Alfie decides that he needs to know exactly what happened between Phil and Emma, and heads to the Arches to get the truth out of Keanu.

Following that, he heads to No.29and prepares to reveal all to Kat, but will he go through with it?

His next stop is Peggy’s where he comes face to face with Phil, and soon finds himself lashing out, landing a punch.

As the pair battle it out, Alfie’s own secret comes to light, as he confesses that he lied about his test results and he does actually have prostate cancer.

With Phil’s secret hanging in the air, will the wedding go ahead?
