Paige Spiranac draws line after ‘shark’ comment gets twisted
When Greg Norman posted photos of his beach walk in November, he didn’t realize a bulging detail would become a viral sensation.
“I was just out walking my dog and it is what it is,” the 65-year-old golfer said in a recent interview with The Herald Sun.
Norman told the Australian paper he found some of the responses “hilarious.”
“I think some of the comments were hilarious, and I don’t normally read the comments, so it was quite a bit of fun,” said Norman, who also recently detailed his COVID-19 fight.
Norman, whose nickname is “The Great White Shark,” had shared a trio of sandy shots to Instagram with the caption, “A man and his dog on a Sunday.”
In response to the post, however, fans zeroed in on the Australian’s anatomy.
“Careful, you dog thinks you’re hiding a stick!” one Instagram user commented.
“The GREAT WHITE SHAFT!!” exclaimed another.
Paige Spiranac was one of the many who weighed in on Norman’s post, giving him a new “hammerhead shark” moniker.
