Hamilton has just set the fastest lap, his medium tyres are in their sweetspot but he has got to make up the gap on Leclerc, which is 2.9 seconds.
This Ferrari situation is crazy. Very early in the race to discuss team orders, they are creating unnecessary stress. They should be concentrating on winning this race.
Vettel is not messing around. He is putting in some cracking laps. He is 3.661 seconds ahead of Leclerc. Hamilton a further 3 seconds behind Leclerc, but he is closing in.
More radio chat from Ferrari. Leclerc is not happy…
Ferrari to Leclerc: “Charles we will do the swap later on. Lewis is a bit close, and we want to push now into the race. We will do it later, just focus on your race, thank you”
