MARIO BALOTELLI'S Brescia salary will reportedly QUADRUPLE if he nets 15 Serie A goals this season.
The striker, 29, joined his hometown club in the summer after they were promoted to Italy's top flight.
He promised his father he would sign for them at some point in his career and his mother cried when he completed the move.
And according to Corriere della Sera, Balotelli's money will increase four-fold if he hits the magic number.
He is thought to be on around £870,000 per year after signing a three-season deal at the northern Italy outfit.
So far he has one goal for his new club – a header in the 2-1 defeat to Napoli last month.
It was his first top-flight goal in Italy goal for 1,468 days after four years in Ligue 1 with Nice and then Marseille.
The former Manchester City forward is hopeful he can force his way back into the national team squad before next year's European Championships.
Manager Roberto Mancini – under whom Balotelli played at the Etihad – is understood to be keeping a close eye on the controversial character.
He played a pivotal role for the Azzurri at Euro 2012.
Balotelli bagged three goals for his country, including both in the semi-final win over Germany.
And if he can hit 15 goals in Serie A, he will surely do enough to convince Mancini to include him in the Euro 2020 squad – plus the extra cash won't go down too badly, either.
