ROMELU LUKAKU is back in Italy ahead of his return to Inter Milan and has proudly posed with a club scarf.

The 29-year-old will link up with the San Siro outfit for a second time just a year after he re-joined Chelsea in a club-record £97.5million deal.

But he failed to hit the heights expected of him at Stamford Bridge, with Thomas Tuchel deeming him surplus to requirements.

And Inter have been quick to secure his services with the Serie A giants agreeing a £6.9m season-long loan deal with the Blues.

Speaking on Tuesday, Nerazzurri CEO Giuseppe Marotta confirmed that the Belgium international was set to sign.

He said: "We have to thank the availability of the presidency and the owners. I hope it can be closed, not in a few hours, but a few days.

In the clip, Lukaku was mobbed by reporters as he made his way to his car, where he was presented with a blue and black Inter scarf.

He duly held up the item with a smile as he posed for pictures.
