Anyone during their younger years would agree that the worst thing about an own clothes day at school was the fear of getting the wrong date.
Sadly, this became a reality for two kids when their mum sent them to lessons in crayon outfits after getting her calendar dates all mixed up.
It all happened when Leanne-Nicole Evans, from Worcester, knew Charlie, eight, and Chloe, five, had a "dress up as a crayon" day coming up at school.
The mum said she spent her Sunday evening crafting the perfect outfit for her kids, by making the matching in different colours – blue for her son and pink for her daughter – using a large piece of coloured card.
But it all went down hill after she received a phone call from her mum telling her about the mix-up when she dropped them off.
And let's just say, little Charlie and Chloe weren't so pleased by their mum's little blunder either.

Speaking after her mum told her, Leanne-Nicole told Mirror Online : "I checked the school website and it was the complete wrong day and month."
Luckily for the mum, the school did everything to save the children in that embarrassing situation by wiping their face and giving them a spare uniform for the day.
And unsurprisingly, it was a mortifying experience for the kids who “went mad and said I had got the wrong day”.
She added: “I had to bribe them to forgive me. I gave them sweets and a trip out wherever they wanted to go on the weekend."
