Many people will now be trying to get trim for the summer, with the end of lockdown finally in sight and the promise of swimwear-clad sunshine holidays looming again.
And those trying to lose weight may be on the lookout for some recipes to help them do so.
Luckily, weight loss and food blogger Anna, who goes by the Instagram name sw_annah, has shared a yummy dessert that will be kind to your waistline, as well as your tastebuds.
She's used product of the moment – Biscoff spread – along with a banana and Milkybar mousse to create the tempting concoction, which is just 255 calories.
Anna said she decided to create the dessert after seeing the recipe on TikTok.
She told her 39,300 Instagram followers: "BISCOFF BANANA & FROZEN MILKYBAR MOUSSE. 255kcals.
"I saw this on TikTok and it did not disappoint!
"I melted 10g of Biscoff Spread (58kcals) and spread it onto the top of a banana (93kcals for this one) and crumbled on half a Biscoff biscuit (19kcals).
"Popped it in the fridge for 30mins until the spread hardened a little.
"Served with a frozen Milkybar mousse (85kcals) topped with a little Biscoff biscuit as I had some of the half left!"

- 1 banana
- 10g Biscoff spread
- 1 Biscoff biscuit
- Milkybar mousse
Melt 10g of Biscoff Spread and spread it onto the top of a banana
Crumble half a Biscoff biscuit on top
Put it in the fridge for 30mins until the spread has hardened a little
Serve with a frozen Milkybar mousse topped with a little Biscoff biscuit
Her fans went wild for the dessert, as one exclaimed: "OH EM GEE."
While another added: "Need to try this."
A third chimed in: "Everyone's talking about the frozen Milkybar yoghurt!"
Anna shared the recipe alongside a photo of the tempting treat, to get her followers even more excited.
Biscoff recipes are a big trend in the baking world right now, with a simple recipe for Lotus Biscoff sponge wowing recently too.
The simple recipe delighted fans as it used just three ingredients to make it.
