She’s got abs to die for, has a hefty 1.2 million Instagram followers, and knows a thing or two about dancing for fitness.
Having trained at the prestigious English National Ballet school, Danielle Peazer’s dancing credits include working with Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, Kylie and Robbie Williams, plus a long stint on the X Factor.
Now the former beau Liam Payne has launched a series at home dance workouts to get people moving.
With 40% of women still feeling intimidated by the gym, the 10 minute long workouts are designed to be an easy way to work up a sweat without leaving the house.
“Dancing is the ultimate way to work out," says Danielle.
"My method focuses on empowering women through exercise whist having fun and getting fit.
"The series of workouts has been inspired by my training as a dancer and combines traditional HIIT exercises alongside more stylised moves, designed to make you feel great and keep your endorphins flowing long after you finish.”
An hour of vigorous dancing can burn up to 450 calories, while HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts have been shown to burn more fat and calories in a shorter amount of time.
The workouts are completely free for everyone on the DW Fitness First website.
Choose between 10 minute Killer Toning Abs and 10 Minute Beginner Workout, with a new training session going live each month.
