Kate Middleton pays a sweet tribute to Scotland in tartan trench as she enjoys a night at the movies

This week has been a very busy yet heartwarming trip for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Prince William set out on the Royal tour of Scotland last Friday and we saw him reunite with Kate for a special appearance on Monday.

Throughout the week we have seen them attend appearances at Orkney’s new hospital and they even made a trip to St.Andrews University where the couple stumbled across one another.

Naturally, Kate has made sure to dress to impress throughout the tour so far as she has pulled off a fantastic selection of stylish outfits.

However, it was the pairs appearance at a drive-in cinema on Wednesday night that has left us scooping up our jaws off of the floor.

For her fourth appearance on Wednesday we saw Kate and Wills attend a drive-in cinema to catch a preview of Disney’s new movie Cruella.

Of course Prince William looked smart as usual in a suit but Kate completely stole the show as she paid a super stylish tribute to the country in a beyond beautiful Holland Cooper blue tartan trench coat.

The sleek coat comes with a hefty price tag of £849, but when you’re a Duchess, of course that doesn’t matter.

The look was accessorised with a pair of sparkling diamond earrings which perfectly matched her iconic wedding ring and a pair of emerald green court heels.

Utter perfection.

Kate previously wore the same brand earlier in the day on Wednesday for when she sported another chic look whilst paying a sweet visit to St.Andrews University where she and Prince William met all of those years ago.

Kate showed of to perfectly balance the smart, casual dress code with a heritage style blazer from Holland and Cooper and a brilliant pair of white metallic Veja trainers.

For the couples first appearance on Wednesday, we saw them swap the pavements for the beach as the whizzed around in go wind surfing carts in St. Andrews.

The Duchess made sure she was dressed for the occasion in her trusty Barbour coat that we have seen her sport on many occasions before such as in April whilst paying a visit to County Durham.

This was paired with some dark-blue skinny jeans and chunky brown boots from designer brand Chloe which cost a whopping £365.
