US personal trainer Jillian Michaels is one of the hottest fitness stars around.
That means the beauty, who is also a businesswoman, author and television personality, gets a lot of admirers.
However, the 47-year-old says she doesn't let a few "bad eggs" get her down as she discussed DMs and trolls.
The star also shared her workouts and news on her latest fitness app.
Jillian is best known for her appearances on US show The Biggest Loser, which has helped her create a big following online.
The stunner currently has an impressive 1.3million Instagram followers.
However, she admitted not all of the messages she gets on there are welcome.
Asked whether she gets any strange online messages from men or unwanted attention, Jillian admits she does.
She told Daily Star: "Sure, but I just ignore it.
"The internet is still a bit like the wild west – people feel free to do and say crazy, cruel, outrageous things from behind a keyboard with anonymity.
"However, you can’t allow this to keep you from optimising all the positivity an online community can also provide."
She continued: "These platforms give people access, provide a direct connection, offer support, friendship, and advice… these are invaluable things that should not be compromised because of the bad eggs out there."
Jillian says she has also been a target for online trolls, but says anyone who is a success will likely suffer from this.
She explained: "Anyone who is fortunate enough to find some success will inevitably incur haters.
"Take it as a compliment and a sign that you are actually getting somewhere in your career. It’s only when you have reached a point of influence that you suffer envy from others.
Talking about how she deals with trolls, Jillian says she "avoids engaging with them" and "never stoops to their level".
She added: "Don’t allow them to taint your platforms with vitriol. Be sure to block them and any key works you find relevant."
Talking about how she first got into fitness, Jillian said it all started when she was 13 years of age.
She continued: "I was sort of your typical underdog. I was a chubby kid, going through some things at home, and my mum got me into martial arts which changed the trajectory of my life.
"Over time, I became healthy not just physically, but far more emotionally and psychologically confident.
