Fans rejoice as McDonald’s is bringing back McSpicy burger after popular demand

Following its successful launch last summer, the McSpicy burger from McDonald's is coming back.

The fan favourite features a spicy chicken breast fillet topped with crunchy lettuce and mayo between toasted sesame seed buns.

And it was so popular in the UK that Brits are absolutely elated at the news of its return.

Those who love it hot and spicy will appreciate the burger which comes with a fiery kick.

But customers who struggle slightly with a bit of chilli can still enjoy it with a glass of milk nearby.

To celebrate the iconic burger's return, McDonald's polled the nation to examine the relationship between spice lovers and haters.

The results? Well it revealed spice fans are more likely to go to bed late, get fired or have visited more than 10 countries.

However the spice detractors are more likely to be the "sensible one" by friends as they prefer nights in over a boozy session.

Almost one in three spice lovers were found to brag about how much heat they can tolerate, with Londoners being the worst.

Spice love also appears to run in your genes with those who like chilli being significantly more likely to have parents that do too.

It also found more men reported being spice lovers than women, although lads go for a hot plate due to embarrassment from pals.

The study of 1,000 British adults even discovered that those who prefer the hottest dishes are "lovers" in all aspects of life.

Whether you're in camp hot or camp not, McDonald's is encouraging fans to try the burger and join the #McSpicyDebate online.

The McSpicy burger will be joined on the menu by returning favourites including the Grand Big Mac and also Cheesy Garlic Bites.
