A WOMAN who is in a throuple with her boyfriend and husband has told how she's "hated" and called "selfish" by cruel trolls.

Sarah, who posts under the acronym @middlespoonpodcast, took to TikTok and posted a video where she explains: "Being in a polyamorous relationship with two men who don't currently have other partners…"


She goes on to say: "You will be…hated!"

Sarah captioned the post: "Apparently I'm selfish, egotistical, delusional, narcissistic and I should let them go.

"Like, go where?

"They'd be lonely until they get more partners."

In a second video, Sarah can be seen asking her husband Ryan and boyfriend Ronnie what their favourite thing about each other is.

First up, she asks her husband Ryan, who replies: "He makes dinner so I don't have to!"

"The way he treats you with love and respect no matter what – because you deserve that!" he responds.

Sarah captioned the post: "I'm a lucky girl."

The videos have since racked up thousands of likes and views between them – with many taking to the comments section to defend their decision to be in a throuple.

"I swear it comes from jealousy. Because happy people really don’t give AF what goes down in your home. Questions, maybe. Judgement, never," wrote one.

A second quipped: "Ummmm living my dream life tbh."

A third penned: "Yep. Same exact situation here. Mainly by single women."

Meanwhile, a fourth penned: This struggle is very real."
