The Queen met with Governor of the Bank of England Andrew Bailey today. She looked marvellous as ever in a chic green ensemble, complete with accessories.

The Queen was pictured today smiling alongside Andrew Bailey in the Oak Room at Windsor Castle in Berkshire.

For the occasion, she wore a mid-length, dark green patterned dress.

It had long sleeves and was loose-fitting.

Always put together and fashionable, the Queen of course coupled her dress with beautiful pearls.

She opted for a simplistic pair of pearl earrings.

Her neck was adorned with two strings of pearls.

But the most eye-catching element of the Queen’s look today was certainly her eye-catching brooch.

It is a brooch she has been spotted in before.

Complementing her earrings and necklace, the brooch she chose was pearl and white.

It is an Art Deco pearl triangle brooch.

The accessory is described by Leslie Field in The Queen’s Jewels as “an unusual long narrow diamond triangle with two pearls and a canary yellow diamond set in the middle.”

Its geometric lines are reminiscent of the Art Deco period.
