WHEN it comes to Easter, it's all about the eggs.
And we're not just talking chocolate ones.
But also the polystyrene eggs that kids can decorate – with as much colour and pizazz as they like.
To mark the start of the Easter holidays, one mum has shared a brilliant way to help the kids decorate their craft eggs, and there's absolutely NO mess involved.
The KidsFunLearning account on TikTok posted a video demonstrating the hack, which involves using coloured marker pens to draw lines on a plastic food bag.
She then dips the egg in water (but you wouldn't need to do this with a craft egg), and puts it on the outside of the bag, before wrapping the plastic around it and scrunching it to allow the colours to seep in.

"Kids will have so much fun with this while learning about colour mixing," the voiceover on the video said.
Once your child is happy with the way their egg looks, simply remove it from the plastic bag, place it in kitchen towel and wipe off the excess colour.
What's left is a formerly white egg that's beautifully decorated in pastel hues.
Other parents quickly flocked to the comments section to praise the poster for the video.
