Nike and Warren Lotas Have Reached a Confidential Settlement

Following months of back and forth, Nike‘s trademark infringement lawsuit against Warren Lotas has reportedly ended. According to court documents filed last week, the two parties have reached a confidential settlement agreement. The unsigned final judgment notes that the court will uphold that Nike’s trademarks around the SB Dunk Low are enforceable and order Lotas to refrain from selling a range of products that are like Nike’s.

Despite the replacement Reaper sneaker being wrapped up in the lawsuit, Lotas remains adamant about selling the shoe. Taking to Instagram shortly after word of the confidential settlement agreement, the designer revealed a “Clean Slate” colorway noting that he will show the process of making his footwear style.
