MANY of us choose our airport outfit based on comfort levels alone – particularly if you've got a long-haul flight awaiting you.

But according to an elegance guru, people always make the same mistakes when it comes outfits they travel in.

Antonia Higham took to TikTok and shared a video where she revealed "five things elegant ladies never travel in."

And if you're a fan of activewear, it's not good news…

Antonia warns that gym wear, along with tracksuits, are two of the wardrobe items people should avoid wearing when heading to the airport.

And Antonia doesn't hold back when it comes to footwear, either.

The elegance guru warns that stilettos and flip flops are both a big no if you don't want to look cheap.
