A KITCHEN whizz has revealed her easy dinner casserole after losing 75 pounds.
She said she shed the weight by being lazy and that her boyfriend approves of her recipe.
Spencer Alexis (@spenceralexisfitness) filmed herself preparing the meal in her kitchen in a video on TikTok.
"I lost 75 pounds by being lazy, and tonight I'm gonna share a lazy weight loss meal with y'all," she said.
She started off by pouring a glass of wine for herself before getting to work.
Next, she filmed herself with a bag of instant brown rice with quinoa.
"Pop one of these bad boys right in the microwave, wash and cut up ahead of broccoli, and you'll take a piece of 45-calorie bread. I get it from Walmart, go ahead and crush that, and then set it aside.
"Cook your broccoli with a tablespoon of olive oil, now two tablespoons of white butter, and then to send the same amount of flour.
"Slowly add in a cup and a half of almond milk and whisk for four more minutes. Mix everything together with a third cup light sour cream and a cup of fat free cheddar.
"Half-cup regular cheddar and bake eight minutes," she said.

She revealed that cooking casseroles is a great hack for those who don't want to spend too much time on preparing a nutritious dinner.
"Nothing saves a lazy woman like a good casserole," she added.
Spencer's boyfriend clearly enjoyed the healthy and easy-to-make dish.
"My man ate the other six servings that I didn’t," she added.
The video drew in many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comment section.
