A FASHIONISTA has revealed why she has ditched her bra – even when wearing white shirts.
The digital content creator nixed them from her wardrobe as part of a growing movement among women who are choosing to go bra-free.
Audrey (@s**taudreysays) recounted her own experiences with the women around her who hesitate to "free the tatas."
"Every time I ask a girl why she doesn't do no bras she always tells me, 'because it doesn't feel professional,'" she said in the video.
Audrey wore a white T-shirt with her hair in a tousled up-do.
"Here's what I say to that," Audrey continued. "Who told you nipples were unprofessional?"
She offered reasons as to why more women should opt to go commando from the waist up.
"Men's nipples show in shirts all the time," she added.
Audrey declared the the name of her movement, as well as showing a shirtless male in the background.
"Free the nip," she said.
