Bride demands ‘break-up clause’ guaranteeing photographer refund if they EVER divorce as ‘we wouldn’t need pics anymore’

A CHEEKY bride is demanding a 'break-up clause' with her wedding photographer – guaranteeing a full refund if she ever gets divorced.

The unnamed woman, who's getting married in London in June, is willing to fork out £1,500 on the pics – but says she'd expect that back if she splits from the groom.

Her reasoning is that they wouldn't need the pics anymore – even though this could be years down the line.

A photographer, who unsurprisingly turned down the job, posted the baffling enquiry on the Wedding UK group.

The snapper explained: "I have a wedding enquiry I can't do. Leave links below if you want to do this one."

They also posted a screenshot of the bridezilla's email, which reads: "Hello, My fiance and I are looking for a wedding photographer but are having some issues with the contracts we are coming across.

"We are wanting a clause that guarantees us a refund should we ever get divorced, since we would not need the photos in that situation.

"Please let me know if this is something you have in your contract or would be willing to add. Thank you!"

The email was re-posted on Reddit – where it soon went viral with 2,100 likes overnight.

Commenting on the thread, baffled people asked: "Who the hell would ever agree to that? That's completely insane."

Others mocked: "So your inability to make a marriage work should cost the person you paid to take photos of your wedding . . . And this makes sense in your brain HOW, exactly?"

A third person said: "I had no idea Wedding Photographers were responsible for the relationship. We need to pay them more".

Another lad fumed: "A refund after the photographer worked for 4+ hours taking pictures, and then days of editing? This is not a shirt you didn’t like!"

And one person asked: "Does the church have to sign the same contract.Or the florist, baker, venue, etc".

Others said the whole request was extremely unromantic.

One mocked: "if you're thinking about divorce before you're even married then maybe they aren't the one".

And another critic joked: "can my family get a refund on everything i have ever bought once i am dead?"

But some suggested the snapper cash in with a 'rental' system. One bloke wrote: "Accept it, and charge them for every month that they stay married."

Yesterday, we revealed how one groom shamed the eight men his wife had cheated with DURING their wedding reception.
