Beatrice swaps baby blue for emerald as she steps out in London

Princess Beatrice was pictured presenting Katherine Jenkins OBE with the Variety Club Duke of Edinburgh Gold Heart Award for National Excellence. She was the epitome of chic elegance in dark green.

Beatrice opted for an ankle-length, belted number for her latest appearance at the awards show in London. The royal looked chic as ever.

Her dress of choice was the Beulah London Ahana Chambre Crepe Midi Dress in Green, a garment she has not been spotted in before.

The dress is currently not available online, however a blue version and beige version are both available online, priced at £795 and £695, respectively.

The official website describes the beige product as follows: “The Ahana Dress in beige is a classic, wardrobe must-have. Crafted from a beautiful creamy beige wool crepe, this dress has a full skirt and tailored bodice.”

Beulah London recommended that the dress is styled with heels “for the perfect Ascot-approved outfit”, an event the Princess frequently attends.

The dress boasted white buttons along the front, as well as on the cuffs, and had structured, puffy shoulders and long sleeves.

A chunky belt in the same shade of green cinched the royal in at the waist, as it was an otherwise shapeless piece.

Princess Beatrice is clearly a fan of her dress, as she was spotted wearing the same one but in light blue during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations earlier this year.

For the National Service of Thanksgiving on June 3, she rocked the baby blue number with a trendy blue bow fascinator and a white clutch bag. She also wore a pair of white pumps.

Beatrice’s hair was loosely gathered into a ponytail, letting the fascinator be the showstopper, and her makeup was minimal aside from a smokey line and light pink lip.

On this latest occasion, Beatrice opted for her Daphne 120 Blue Velvet Pumps by Jimmy Choo. These were not a new purchase but a re-wear.

UFO No More describes them as “a bohemian inspired” round toed platform heel. They are a deep blue velvet and have an ankle strap with a gold buckle.

As for accessories, Beatrice opted for diamond drop earrings, and royal fans can catch a glimmer of a gold bracelet underneath the cuff of the dress.

She wore her long, red hair in a half-up, half-down style, with some section pinned behind her head, leaving just a few tresses falling over the shoulders.

Her red hair was perfectly complemented by the colour of her dress. She wore relatively minimal makeup apart from a dark smokey eye look.

Royal fans were quick to compliment the royal’s latest style. Instagram user @jasfin commented: “Love this dress. Love the green on her.”

@royalfavourites added: “My favourite shade of green! She looks gorgeous.” @bestofmiddleton stated: “That is her colour.” @elainesusan26 said: “The green looks way better and it looks lovely on her! Absolutely gorgeous shoes!”

@scmurphy17 said: “This is lovely. The style and colour are beautiful on her.” Royal fans seemed to unanimously agree that the Princess looked wonderful.

Beatrice looks particularly stunning in green, and this is not the first time she has worn the complementary shade. She has previously been spotted in a metallic emerald dress from The Vampire’s Wife.

The Falconetti ruffled metallic silk-blend dress is retailed at £1595, and “draws inspiration from early 20th-century Gibson Girl silhouettes”.
