All the looks as guests arrive at Westminster Abbey for King Charles' Coronation

The big day is finally here and guests for the Coronation of King Charles have certainly dressed for the occasion.

Emma Thompson is among the national treasures taking their seats at Westminster Abbey, looking radiant in a red floral coat for the occasion.

Myleene Klass has also shared a snap of herself on the way to the event, pairing a pink lace midi dress with comfortable trainers and a practical rain mac.

Ahead of a performance at tomorrow’s concert, Katy Perry mingled with guests in an all-over lilac ‘fit, opting for a huge hat to top off the ensemble.

Statement headwear was a popular choice for attendees, with Home Secretary Suella Braverman donning a large white fascinator and Dame Maggie Smith a textured fedora that perfectly matched her cornflower blue jacket.

Dame Joanna Lumley kept it simple in monochrome, but viewers can spy a rainbow of colours in the crowd, from US First Lady Jill Biden’s blue two-piece to Ukranian First Lady Olena Zelenska’s sage green number.

Male guests were typically suited and booted, with the likes of Nick Cave, Lionel Richie, Kelly Jones, and Ant and Dec sporting smart, three-piece tailoring in muted shades of navy and black, while Dynamo wore a double-breasted tartan number and Jay Blades accessorised his look with a signature tweed flatcap.

Others wore traditional or ceremonial garments, including Baroness Floella Benjamin who was pictured in resplendent red robes.
