Tommy Fury makes surprise admission that he wants to act in horror films after boxing career

In the new Netflix docuseries, At Home with the Furys, Tommy Fury, the half-brother of heavyweight champion boxer Tyson Fury, revealed an unexpected career aspiration.

The series showcases Tyson Fury's home life with his pregnant wife Paris and their six children, and it also features newly-engaged Tommy and his fiancee Molly-Mae Hague, who met on Love Island in 2019 and now share a daughter Bambi.

During the show, Tommy discussed his career goals with Tyson, revealing that he is interested in pursuing a career acting in horror films. He tells Tyson: “My dream is now to do the boxing, get as far as I can in that, then I’d like to get into the films.”

He then adds: "I’ve made my mind up. But I think I’ll have an easier way into it, ‘cause I don’t want to do serious acting. I just wanna do horror films."

In response, Tyson says: “You’re a horror movie buff, ain’t you?” To which Tommy responds: “I only watch ‘em.”

Molly-Mae and Tommy also opened up on the episode about their growing family and how many children they'd each like to have. Comparing their own family plans with Tyson and Paris’, Molly said: "I don't know how she does it. I think maximum me and you would be able to handle would probably be, potentially three."

She continued: "I know you wanna have ten. My dream was always to have two.

"We're going to have to try and meet in the middle. I think three is something I can consider." To which Tommy replied: "You know why you can never have three?

"If we go on a rollercoaster it's me, you, it's the two children, then one sat by their self."

After welcoming her baby daughter, Molly-Mae opened up about how she had found motherhood harder than she initially believed it would be, and that she had no immediate plans to have a second child.

During an Instagram Q&A one of her followers asked: "Are there plans for a little Bambi sister or brother soon?! Xx"

To which, she replied: "Definitely not for a good while [black heart emoji]

"Some day I'll be ready… but it's not unknown that I've found it harder than I expected to (even though I'm doing so much better now). Plus I don't know how anyone looks after more than one baby, you're superheroes."

In a recent Instagram post, Tommy reflected on the past month and expressed his gratitude for his life, highlighting the importance of his family.

He wrote: "Reflecting on the past month… I’ve never felt so grateful for the life I have. As I enter this next camp, I do it all with my beautiful family as my ‘why’. Thank you God."
