Chad Johnson has opened up on his ex-girlfriend Sarah Harding's heartbreaking cancer diagnosis.
The 33 year old met Sarah, 38, when they starred on Celebrity Big Brother together back in 2017.
Viewers watched as their romance blossomed in the Borehamwood mansion, but their relationship soon fizzled out when Chad returned to the US.
Reality star Chad has now spoken out on Sarah's breast cancer, which has spread to other parts of her body.

Speaking to MailOnline, The Bachelor star said: "It sucks, I am hoping and praying the absolute best for her because I know how difficult the situation can be.
"My mum had breast cancer and it got into her blood and her liver. I know what Sarah is going through, I mean, I have seen it from day one to the very end and I just hope that she can recover.
"I know how rough it is, once you go there there's no real coming back. You're always worrying about it. I took care of my mum the whole time."
Penning an emotional post in which she announced her diagnosis last month, winner of their series Sarah informed her fans: "Earlier this year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and a couple of weeks ago I received the devastating news that the cancer has advanced to other parts of my body.
"I'm currently undergoing weekly chemotherapy sessions and I am fighting as hard as I possibly can.
"I am doing my very best to keep positive and will keep you updated here with how I'm getting on.

Her former Girls Aloud bandmate also recently broke her silence on the news, telling The Sun Online: "I am completely devastated, it's been really, really tough, but speaking to her a lot helps and keeping that contact.
"She knows we're there for her every step of the way. She's a strong girl and I love her so much."
