Mrs Hinch shares cryptic post about keeping strong after opening up on life ‘stumbles’

After opening up about going through life "stumbles" recently, Mrs Hinch has now updated fans with a cryptic post about "keeping strong".

The home cleaning guru, 32, real name Sophie Hinchcliffe, has been noticeably absent from the social media platform, and recently shared a post with her 4.7 million followers to explain why.

On Friday evening, she posted a statement explaining her social media silence.

" I'm sorry for not being on instagram as often right this moment, It is only temporary I promise, I do really miss being on here somedays," she wrote.

"I'm just going through a few personal life "stumbles" right now and have been for the last 3 months. But all is ok and we're getting there. Have a beautiful weekend everyone".

Since then, Sophie has been posting on her stories, albeit far less than fans are used to, with her most recent post being a cryptic message about staying strong.

The influencer posted a black and white video of son Lennie, now 15 months old, stroking his toy bunny while sitting relaxed and calm in his car seat, with the caption: "A Love Beyond Words".

She then continued: "Always appreciate how lucky you are every single day. Say goodbye to the people who don't bring positive energy into your life.

"Commit to the goals you set and never ever look back. Learn from every mistake you make.

"It's ok to live your life for the ones you love beyond words… but please remember to keep yourself strong in the process."

The cryptic posts have come after Sophie and husband Jamie, 42, took Lennie and eldest son Ronnie, 3, away for a Center Parcs break.

Sophie revealed on her Instagram Stories that she just needed to "get up and get away" and spend quality time with her children.

Her young boys seemed to have a lot of fun, with activities ranging from swimming and soft play, to boat rides as a family.

"My Soulmates Right Here. Sorry for the radio silence over the last few days, I really needed to get up and just get away… with our family, anywhere with fresh air , wildlife and activities to keep my mind busy and my family smiling," she wrote on her Instagram Stories.

She added: "So we did exactly that What an incredible amazing weekend spent together. Messy play, soft play, boat rides , zip lining, wall climbing, swimming and watching the wildlife.

"I feel so blessed to have my family by my side and so grateful that I get to do this for us. See you again soon CenterParcs".
