Malin Andersson has led celebrities sharing their support on World Mental Health Day.
The Love Island star has become an advocate for mental health since leaving the villa, and has been praised for using her platform for good.
And taking to Twitter, she uploaded a message of hope with her followers.
‘When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hang on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time the tide will turn,’ her quote read.
Will Mellor posted a picture on his own page, holding up a piece of paper which said: ‘Anxious’.

Great British Bake Off favourite Michael Chakraverty commented: ‘Today we recognise #WorldMentalHealthDay – but remember that crises happen every day of the year.
‘If you are struggling, please reach out. I did, and it saved my life.’
Cristiano Ronaldo entered to the conversation on Instagram, with a photo of himself wearing a shirt with the hashtag: ‘Lets get stronger together’.

Fellow footballer Harry Kane directed his followers to Mind, tweeting: ‘On #WorldMentalHealthDay I want to encourage anyone suffering from mental health issues to seek the support they need.
‘There’s no shame in it. We all need to ask for help sometimes.
‘It’s also worrying to see someone you care about suffer too. @MindCharity.
‘#WorldMentalHealthDay – @MindCharity do incredible work to provide support for those who need it.
‘I really hope these tweets prompt even just one person get the help they need.’
