Kelsey Parker has shared a candid video of herself sharing how she's been feeling to her 349,000 fans following the untimely death of her husband Tom.
Tom was just 33 when he tragically passed away in March, following an 18-month battle with brain cancer. He left behind his heartbroken wife Kelsey, and their two children, daughter Aurelia, two, and son Bodhi, one.
The Wanted star's book has since become a best seller in the Sunday Times, which the family celebrated with joy over the Queen's Platinum Jubilee weekend.
But, a day after, Kelsey couldn't help but feel the "comedown" as she realised they celebrated his achievement without him.
"Hey guys, hope we're all good. So yesterday was an incredible day wasn't it? How amazing that Tom is a best seller. But obviously with this journey of grief, not every day is an amazing day," she began to explain on her Instagram stories.
Kelsey continued: "Yesterday was a really good day. Today, I've been feeling a little bit sad and yeah just probably a bit of a comedown from the weekend and everything. It's been such an exciting weekend, we've had a big holiday.
"It's probably a comedown from that and from the realisation that we had a big celebration yesterday and he couldn't be a part of it and the celebration was for him."
The mum-of-two then took to her Instagram feed to post another video of herself, further sharing the intensity of her grief for her partner.
Kelsey, whose daughter recently kisses Tom's book as she saw it in store for the first time, said: "Today's a bit of a cr**py day so I've decided to sit down with my journal and write how I feel and I have read you a poem.
"I actually wrote this down ages ago so I have no clue who wrote this poem and I don't even know what the title of the poem is called. So I'm going to name it Will I Cry Or Will I Be Ok?"

She then began reciting the poem to her fans, sharing how she feels "so very sad" and cried when she thinks of Tom.
Kelsey recited: "Yesterday I felt okay. I smiled, when I thought of you. I remembered the happy times and the funny things you'd do.
"But today, I feel so very sad. I think of you and cry. I'm missing you so very much, and still am asking, why?
"I don't know what will happen when I face another day."
"What will Tomorrow bring. Will I cry? Or be ok?" she added, captioning the clip with the title she's given the poem with a red heart and a white heart emoji.
