A Place In The Sun presenter Jasmine Harman, 43, famously helps expats choose their dream homes oveseas, and now she has finally shared snaps from her own family home.
She lives in Carshalton, south London with her husband Jon Boast – who she met on the show – and their two children Joy, five, and Albion, three.
With the help of her spouse and interior design firm My Bespoke Room, she has given their home a vegan makeover.
In one picture, Jasmine gave fans an insight into her living room, consisting of navy and cream colours and family photos on the wall.
Trying to avoid down is possibly the most difficult challenge
The star’s sofa was also decorated with navy cushions and a white one emblazoned with birds.
Jasmine avoided using down (the material made from goose or duck plumage), which was the “most difficult challenge”.
She said: “Trying to avoid down is possibly the most difficult challenge as many sofas and armchairs come with pre-stuffed cushions.
“I wouldn’t use down because many birds are plucked repeatedly whilst alive causing considerable distress.”
Jasmine also smiled proudly for the camera as she showcased her large and lavish kitchen.
The mother-of-two placed her hand on her kitchen island, while giving fans a glimpse of her cupboards, home plants, stools and ceiling lights.
In another room, the property expert showcased her upcycling and vintage items, which featured a large mirror and a cabinet.
Diana Greenhalgh, co-founder of My Bespoke Room, admitted creating Jasmine’s vegan-inspired home was challenging.
“It’s very difficult to have a completely vegan interior as there are so many animal products used in things such as the glue that holds lots of furniture together,” she said.
“And it was a fabulous challenge.”
Explaining the idea behind her dream home, Jasmine went on to say: “I’ve been a vegetarian since the age of six, becoming fully vegan after I had Joy, and I wanted to reflect that when it came to our home.
“It was Jon who suggested My Bespoke Room, and we all worked together to come up with a look which was both beautiful AND vegan-friendly.”
The property expert met her husband on the show when he worked as a cameraman.
Jasmine Harman recently shared a throwback of the pair on her Instagram page, admitting he would be “mortified” with her choice of snap.
She shared a black and white snap of the pair gazing into each other’s eyes on their first date.
In view of her 22,000 followers, she wrote: “Another #throwbackthursday this one especially for my wonderful hubby @jboasty_dop!
“15 years today since our first date! That fateful pizza in Spain that changed our lives!
“Thank you for always being there for me & for being such an amazing Dad & husband!
“Love you! (He’ll be mortified I put this #lovedup pic on Instagram!) #firstdate #husband #pizza #love #anniversary #soyoung #inlove.”
