Jacqueline Jossa has allegedly turned down an offer to re-enter the I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! camp, but will still make an appearance on the show.

The 28 year old, who recently mocked the TOWIE cast as she put on an Essex accent in a clip, was crowned Queen of the Jungle last year after winning viewers over in Australia last year.

The former EastEnders actress made such a big impression that ITV reportedly now want her to return and even spend a night in the new setting of Gwrych Castle in Wales before introducing the campmates to a Bushtucker Trial.

However, the brunette beauty has allegedly decided to keep her participation as small as possible as she doesn't "want to steal anyone else's thunder".

A source told The Sun Online: "Jacqueline is really grateful to ITV. But while she was offered the chance to make a cameo she didn’t want to steal anyone else’s thunder.

"She’s had her jungle experience and they should have their own. She accepted the chance to hand over the crown but it’ll be a flying visit. She’ll be there and back in a day."

It's been reported that previous campmates and winners will also be returning to the show, including Vicky Pattison, 33, Charlie Brooks, 39, and Joe Swash, 38, who have all been told to "prepare for all eventualities".

It comes as Jacqueline weighed in on her predictions for this year’s series, telling fans that she thinks fellow Eastenders alumnus Jessica Plummer, 28, has the potential to win.

Jacqueline said: “So, my top five I would say is obviously the Eastenders guys! Jessica and Shane. Obviously I’ve met Shane, I haven’t met Jessica but she seems absolutely lovely and I feel like she could potentially win. She’s just got that something about her.

"Giovanna as well, I absolutely love her. And then you’ve got Vernon as well, who I think will do really well.”

Introducing her thoughts on the show, Jacqueline reassured fans that despite the new format, she believed it was still going to be “brilliant” and couldn’t wait to see what was in store for the new campmates.

Jacqueline, whose husband Dan Osborne recently begged her to come home after their two year old daughter Mia hit him in the face, said: “I’ve had a lot of people saying it’s not the same. It is going to be so good…

"It’s going to be a little bit different this year but it’s gonna be brilliant. It’s going to be so good.

"I felt like it still had that warm bubbly feeling that you get when you watch jungle and everyone is going to be watching it, probably more so than even last year because there’s nothing else to watch.

"We’re all stuck indoors so it’s come at a perfect time, saving grace. It’s going to be brilliant.”
