Danielle Lloyd says things are becoming a lot more real now that she is weeks away from welcoming her baby daughter into her family with Michael O'Neill.
In this week's OK! column, the soon to be mum of four, 37, talks about crystal healing as she admits why she could never homeschool her children full-time…
I can’t believe how soon it is until we get to meet our little girl in real life. It’s certainly whizzing by! I had a bit of a tough time this week. I was feeling really hormonal and sad. I couldn’t stop crying, and it really shocked me how down I was feeling. But something crazy happened.
Celebrity psychic Tracey Walterton rang me out of the blue when I was falling apart. She said, “Are you okay?” And I replied, “No… I’m not!” She said, “Right, we’re going to do some crystal healing on you.” It was so strange. So, she did some crystal healing on me. I was told to lie down and relax with one crystal in my hand. She then did some breathing exercises as she spoke to me. Once it was over, she said to me, “You’re going to feel really tired after this so go straight to bed.” And that’s exactly what I did. When I woke up the next day, my back pain was basically gone.
It hasn’t gone completely. I still feel the normal aches and pains of pregnancy, but it felt a million times better. I just felt okay again – I can’t really explain it. I don’t feel sad anymore. So, now she’s my new best friend! I actually went back to see her yesterday. It’s mad how she just knows when I’m feeling down and calls me at the right time.
I am a big believer in crystals anyway. I have them all around my house. I said to Michael, “You’re going to think this is really weird, but I just rolled out of bed and my back is ok.” He said, “Well, you haven’t done anything else that’s different apart from seeing her, so it’s got to have been real.” How crazy is that?
I FEEL NORMAL AGAIN
I feel like I am doing a lot better with the pain now, especially after my trip to the psychic. I will definitely be going for more sessions. Last week, I said that my consultant wanted me to give physiotherapy a go, so I have an appointment on Monday. I’ve also been for my glucose test and I should get my results back soon. I’m hoping that if I don’t hear anything, that’s good news!
NEW HAIR MAKES ME HAPPY
This weekend we met my friend’s newborn baby Renzo, and it has got us so excited! He’s gorgeous. It was lovely having a long-overdue cuddle as well as catching up with them. I also had some lunch with one of my close friends, which was lovely. I haven’t been bothered about socialising until now. It’s been hard to try and find the time to do things with people when you have kids. But I feel happy I made the effort to go out, as I had such a good time catching up with her.
I feel all refreshed at the moment as I got my hair done! I had my hair extensions put back in. I’m happy about that because at least my hair will look nice when I give birth! It’s given me such a boost. I think having your hair done makes you feel so much better.
Somebody sent me a really nice gift this week. It’s called a “PoorlyBoo box". It’s full of all the things you would need when your little one is poorly, which I wouldn’t have necessarily thought about myself. It was such a thoughtful present. It really cheered me up and I will definitely be so grateful for it when that moment comes.

We’ve also been thinking more about what we would like to call our little girl when she finally arrives. Sadly, Stacey Solomon chose Rose, which was one of our favourites! We're gutted, haha! It was a really meaningful name to Michael as well, but we will still have Rose somewhere in her name. We have a much shorter list now, but we just can’t decide. When I saw Stacey’s girl’s name, I texted Michael going, “Noo! She’s called her Rose!” It is a really cute name, though. I think we are going to wait until she’s here and then we can decide properly. We will know as soon as we see her. The boys are getting really excited now. I think it’s harder for Michael. I often find that the man isn’t as excited until they’re actually here, as they’re not carrying the baby themselves.
PARIS IS SO BRAVE
Paris Fury has decided she wants her children to be homeschooled from the age of 11. I think hats off to anyone who wants to homeschool their children. I could never do that! It would drive me insane. I’m not going to lie, my kids going to school every day gives me that bit of peace and quiet. I think I would struggle to homeschool as I’m dyslexic, so I couldn’t teach them full time. Obviously, if you’re prepared to homeschool, then you should and good on you. You’re braver than me!
See you next week!
