Jessica Alba has been hot, hot, hot on TikTok lately: Her dance moves and abs are both on point. Now, the actress is revealing exactly how she gets her super fit bod with a new Youtube workout video.

In the clip, she’s following a circuit from her trainer Aaron Hines with her workout buddy, Lizzy Mathis, right by her side. (Jess is quick to point out the workout was filmed pre-quarantine.) She captioned the video: “My friend and fitness coach Aaron Hines gave me and Lizzy some major sweat equity with this full body workout routine. Follow along with us and let’s stay fit together!”

Jessica and Lizzy start with a warm-up circuit repeated three times. It includes jumping jacks, reverse lunge hops, and mountain climbers. Already, you can see her toned abs peeking out.
